Twist and Foals (Stablemate Club News)

MORE Breyer news, y’all. It seems there’s been a landslide of news lately. Anyway, Breyer sent out an email unveiling the color of Sharif, the SMC’s sixth release. Designated Twist, he will debut as a chestnut rabicano. Breyer is estimating that he will be available for purchase in December, along with the bonus SMC foals, Leti and Addie. Speaking of twists, have some ice cream:

Have to say I haven’t had a twisty cone or whatever it’s called in awhile…hmmm…maybe I should go out for ice cream this evening. Anyway, not that it’s a big deal, or any deal at that, but I don’t think the name Twist quite suits mini-me Sharif. Foolish, absolutely, but for some bizarre reason it is bugging me. The model itself, however doesn’t bug me in the least. I am overjoyed to have a plastic mini-me Sharif!

I would really love to see Sharif in solid black as The Black Stallion, with a thick, heavy gloss. No skimping on the gloss! Looking forward to seeing this guy in countless colors. And once again to refresh the memory here are the foals, Addie and Leti:

New Stablemate Reveals!

Ha ha, seems like I will never get that other stuff up! We had a Stablemate reveal yesterday which really wasn’t a huge surprise as Breyer had shown us the silhouette on December 31, 2020 (the last day to sign up for the 2021 SMC). Remember this guy?

Many hobbyists instantly recognized this as Sharif, a resin by Brigitte Eberl. Of course, this Stablemate version is a mirror of the original. His SM debut color hasn’t been announced yet, but we have this:

Today we had a late afternoon reveal for a mini-Fireheart:

Very excited to see both of these new Stablemates as future regular runs. I hope that we don’t have to wait too long!
