Random Updates on Breyer Clubs, BreyerWest and Breyerfest 2022

As the year is winding down, Breyer is ramping up the advertising for it’s clubs (Premier and Stablemate) since both clubs have a signup deadline of December 31. They revealed the silhouettes of the molds for the 2022 Stablemate Club, but I’m thinking we may get the silhouette of the new sculpt and whatever the club extra may be (it is an optional purchase) on the 31 of December as we did last year. The silhouettes have been revealed on the banner:

I am fairly happy as this will be the first time I have ever liked all of the SMC molds offered in a year. I am especially excited to see the G1 Draft. Yaaaaaaayyyyyy! I cannot wait to see what color the G1 will be clothed in. I’m also curious to see what color Breyer will put on Lyric (G6 Fjord stallion). Exciting times ahead!

As I have not yet rejoined the Premier Club, I have received a couple of reminder emails which show different angles of the first release, Zafirah. Here they are:

In other news, BreyerWest is taking place February 25-27 next year in Denver, Colorado. It will feature meet and greets, workshops, model horse shows, Stablemate painting, etc. Breyer has teased that attendees will “have access to a special treat,” so that probably means a model. Looking forward to see has been cooked up for BreyerWest! Now let’s head East to see what’s going on with Breyerfest. Oh, it’s news about BF tickets!

Breyer has announced ticket information for Breyerfest 2022, which includes both the in-person and virtual option. I only skimmed the ticket information, and the virtual BF ticket holders will not have the opportunity to purchase the Special Runs. Virtual attendees will get the Celebration Horse Nikolas, and have access to the Breyerfest virtual store, as well as the ability to purchase the Limited Edition models. The Children’s tickets seem to have become extinct, but Breyer has retained the VIP ticket option which debuted last Breyerfest. There is no word as yet of how they are going to proceed with the sale of the VIP tickets. I am guessing Breyer will do what they did last year: start out with a lottery, and then do a first come, first serve sale. I also wonder if Breyer is going to increase the number of  VIP tickets. The one thing I really wish Breyer would do is offer the Event Stablemates for purchase as a four pack without having to be a VIP ticket holder. Anyway, more information should soon be on the horizon, so hobbyists’ questions will be answered. In less than a month’s time the 2022 Breyerfest Blog will start heating up to bring us news and reveals for Prost! and I (along with the rest of the hobby) will see if another Georg will be making an appearance…
