Sooooooooo, Breyer sent out an email that this year’s Collectors Club Appreciation Day will be today (12/15/21) with the start time of 2:00 pm EST. The glossies will be the 70th Anniversary Traditionals:
If you are participating, be sure to add the CC Appreciation model to your cart PLUS add the code THANKS21 in order to receive the glossy model. Oh, and you need to purchase “$150 + of in-stock regular line products…” Problem is, so many things are out of stock, and from the way Breyer worded their conditions means items that are backordered aren’t eligible. And this is only good while supplies last, so I’m wondering how long it will take before the glossy supply is out. I’m not sure if I will participate as I have already bought what I wanted this year. If I do decide to participate (by buying three Theos, lol), my hope would be for the the Hamilton (like 6 million other people). Really though, all of the models are quite nice, especially in gloss:
I suppose I should make the decision if I’ll participate this year. Usually I put off buying things during the year so I can purchase them during the CCA day, in the event there are glossies offered that I’m interested in. I haven’t participated in every CCA day, and this year is starting to look like a non-participation year. Gosh I hate being so indecisive! Hahahahaha, I better go back to thinking about this, or do it the easy way and flip a coin.
